What I Do
Sunflower Education Systems provides strategic consulting to schools seeking to strengthen inclusive systems, autism programming, instructional design, and leadership alignment.
I partner with school leaders and district teams to design sustainable frameworks that improve student outcomes, increase staff capacity, and align programming with measurable goals.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and current doctoral-level preparation through a second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, I bring both instructional expertise and organizational systems thinking to every partnership.
My work bridges classroom implementation, program design, and executive leadership strategy.
Inclusive Instructional Systems
I guide schools in developing inclusive instructional frameworks that ensure rigorous, standards-aligned access for students of all abilities. Through Universal Design for Learning (UDL), differentiated systems, and scaffolded implementation plans, I support leadership teams in creating environments where inclusion is operationalized — not simply stated.
Autism Program Design & Structured Teaching Frameworks
As an Autism Program Site Lead, I specialize in designing structured teaching models grounded in visual systems, predictable routines, and data-driven instructional cycles. I assist schools in building autism programs that promote independence, communication, and skill generalization while maintaining strict alignment with IEP goals and compliance standards.
Executive-Level Professional Development
I design and facilitate professional development that moves beyond theory and into implementation. My sessions are strategic, actionable, and outcomes-focused — equipping educators and administrators with systems they can deploy immediately to increase instructional effectiveness and student growth.
Behavior Systems & IEP Alignment
Drawing from leadership roles on behavior support and crisis response teams, I consult with schools to develop proactive, measurable behavior systems aligned to individualized education plans. My approach emphasizes prevention, regulation, and sustainable skill acquisition within multi-tiered systems of support.
Job Preparation & Transition Strategy
I support schools in designing transition-focused programming that prepares students for post-secondary success. This includes vocational readiness frameworks, functional skill development systems, independence planning, and alignment with long-term transition goals. My focus is ensuring that education extends beyond compliance and into meaningful adult outcomes.
Leadership Coaching & Systems Alignment
As both a program leader and former founder of a private early childhood program, I understand the intersection of instructional excellence and operational leadership. I provide executive coaching to school leaders seeking to align vision, accountability, team culture, and program sustainability.

Why “Sunflower”?
The sunflower symbolizes resilience, strength, and growth toward light. It does not grow overnight, it thrives because its foundation is strong and its systems are rooted deeply.
Education is no different.
Students flourish when instructional systems are structured, leadership is aligned, and environments are intentionally designed. Sunflower Education Systems exists to help schools build that foundation so every learner has the opportunity to grow confidently and independently.
